New team direct Andover BNI
Three fresh faces have taken on the running of Andover’s BNI chapter, with TWA’s Ed Thomas (left of photo) now chapter director, IFA Paul Holdsworth (right of photo) of Holberg Ltd becoming secretary treasurer and Martin and Co’s Carole Bazzoni taking care of memberships.
Having established his creative marketing company in Andover almost a decade ago, Ed Thomas is now into his third year of Andover BNI membership and is delighted to be leading the group. With TWA’s Andover Business Expo (www.andoverexpo.biz) proving to be such a huge success in its third year, Ed knows the importance of forming a community of local businesses:
“BNI provides a great support network to the town’s business people, giving members the chance to network and forge crucial links with others in the area. In the time I have been with BNI, I’ve attended a number of events, talks and functions which have been hugely beneficial to both myself and TWA, and I hope that as the organisation’s new chapter director I can carry on the good work.”

As part of a networking event taking place at The Wolversdene Club on Thursday 17th February, Brain Mellor of PMI Advisers and Julia Homan of the HR Department are joining forces to discuss the benefits of networking locally and visitors are welcome to attend.

Brian will also speak about how employers can support their teams with employee assistance programmes, including 24 hour advice and counselling on issues including legal, financial, consumer and personal matters.
Following on, Julia will address the role of HR and how outsourcing could have a dramatically positive effect on businesses of any size.
